- Undo - each Gantt chart is equiped with a command stack, which keeps track of the commands triggered by the user. If the last command run is an undoable command, then this button will be active and the user can undo the command.
- Redo - if the last command that was undone is also redoable then this button will allow the user to redo it.
- Print - sends the Gantt chart to the printer.
- Preview - prints the Gantt chart after the user confirmed the print settings in a separate preview dialog.
- Expand All Nodes - opens all nodes in the tree table.
- Collapse All Nodes - closes all nodes in the tree table.
- Zoom In - changes the granularity used by the timeline to a finer granularity (e.g. from hours to minutes), which causes a zoom-in effect.
- Zoom Out - changes the granularity used by the timeline to a rougher granularity (e.g. from minutes to hours), which causes a zoom-out effect.
- Show All - changes the visible time span in such a way that all activities inside the Gantt chart become visible.
- Time Now - scrolls the Gantt chart so that the vertical line that represents the current system time becomes visible.
- Show Earliest Objects - scrolls the Gantt chart so that the earliest activities become visible.
- Show Latest Objects - scrolls the Gantt chart so that the latest activities become visible.
- Align Start Times - aligns the start times of the selected activities by assigning the earliest start time to all activities.
- Align End Times - aligns the end times of the selected activities by assigning the latest end time to all activities.
- Grid - toggles the grid lines: no grid, major grid, minor grid, combined grid. The combined grid shows the major and minor grid lines at the same time.
- Popup - toggles the visibility of the yellow popup windows that are used to provide detailed information about an activity.
- Clear Pinned / Sticky Popups - removes the currently pinned popups that were created by the user. Popups become sticky when the user presses the RETURN key while a popup is showing.
- Eventline - toggles the visibility of the eventline. The eventline is the lower part of the timeline used for displaying activities and events that are relevant for all rows.
- Crosshair - toggles the visibility of the crosshair, which is a useful tool for demonstration purposes / training classes.
- Relations - shows / hides relationship lines between activities.
- Split Gantt Chart - this feature is only available if the Gantt chart is a so-called Dual Gantt Chart, meaning that it is capable of displaying a split view / two charts at the same time.
